ATTENTION: Meet & Greet Instructions

Mete & Greet sign up process has not changed. Meaning: the process to sign up for a meet & greet will remain the same. So if you didn't get an email, please don't freak out. It's pretty simple. Follow the steps below if you are still having issues on how to sign up:

First of all, YOU MUST BE AN ALL ACCESS MEMBER. Non-members will not be eligible and you will not be able to sign up.

If you are a member, sign in to your account so that you are "active" on the website. Active means that you are logged in as a member. Sign in should be in the right hand side of the home page.

Once you are logged in, go to the TOUR page using the top navigation bar.

You will notice that when a meet & greet sign up is open there will be an icon underneath activity. Scroll over the icons and select the icon that states "M & G". If you "hover" over with your mouse the name of each icon will appear without having to click on the icon.

Once you have click on the icon you will be in the Meet & Greet sign up page. Read the terms carefully and click on "Sign up for this". To the left of the button there should be a drop down with tour dates. Most likely there will be one date at a time but make sure that you select the correct date.

After you click on the sign up button you will see a confirmation note at the top of the website stating that "your post was successful." This just means that you have successfully entered for the opportunity to win a meet & greet.

You will also notice the "cancel you sign up" button. At any point within the registration perod you can cancel your meet & greet sign up.

On the right hand side you will see how many hours are left in the sign up.

When the meet & greet close, you will receive a confirmation or denial email. If you are confirmed for the meet & greet you will receive instructions on how to get your pass at the show. REMEMBER: All meet & greets start soon after doors open and most passes are not delivered until right before doors open.

Listen up, everyone! I know there has been some confusion. Those who failed to follow instructions and read the email I sent out and posted on the message boards are going to be very confused. This is why it is important to follow instructions at ALL TIMES.

1) DON'T GO INTO THE MESSAGE BOARDS- They are filtering the millions of posts that all of you have made throughout the years. It's going to take all week to get everything in. If we were to speed it up everything would be lost. Your choice, get posts or not.

2) CHAT ROOM- We have a new feature in the ALL ACCESS area. I will be in there throughout the day. If I am not there, that's because I am working on other things. I can't be there every second, so write down your questions.

3) MEET & GREETS- We have a new system and that is that. THIS IS FAIR. Let's give it a shot.

4) VIP TICKETS- Will remain the same, just a different check out process. Nothing to be alarmed or to be said in detail until we post new tickets.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, this needs to be a possitive place. Let's all work together to make this the best website/fan club/street team. Let's follow the rules.
