PRE-SALE TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Sparkart Group, Inc., Ticketmaster, Rascal Flatts, Rascal Flatts Fans, Inc., and their respective affiliates (collectively, "Sponsors") make no guarantees that tickets will be available to every or any user or member of a fan club or other site or service. Any available tickets will be made available to fan club members on a first-come, first-serve basis for select performances only, and Sponsors do not represent or warrant that tickets will be available for every concert or event date, or for every user or member. Ticket pre-sale and on-sale dates and times are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Sponsors make no guarantees with respect to the availability of tickets nor do the Sponsors make any warranties or representations with respect to any tickets received. Seat locations are subject to change. All events are subject to cancellation or postponement without notice. Only in the case of show cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Any and all premiums, convenience fees, shipping, handling, and other fees will not be refunded under any circumstance. All Access pre-sale tickets are in the All Access member's name and are non-transferrable, so please make sure you (the member) are able to attend. Please refer to information from the applicable venue for seating information prior to purchase and for any changes to the show schedule. For all non-Ticketmaster pre-sale tickets: (i) specific seat assignments will be given on the day of the show upon picking up your tickets at the venue Box Office (or Will Call window); and (ii) purchasing a pair of four (4) pre-sale tickets in a single order guarantees you four (4) adjacent seats in the section purchased, however purchasing four (4) pre-sale tickets in four (4) separate transactions does NOT guarantee that both seats will be adjacent or in the same section. For Ticketmaster pre-sale tickets: (i) seat assignment are given as part of the purchase process; and (ii) there is no guarantee that seats will be adjacent, even if purchased in a single order; and (iii) tickets are available only at the venue Box Office (or Will Call window) on the day of the show.
