• Enter your email address in the “E-mail Address” field. Please note: this should be the same email address you used to login to the previous site.

• For your NEW password, enter your last name and then your birth date in 6 digit MMDDYY format, with no spaces in between.

**EXAMPLE: John Smith, 1/30/78 **

**New Password: smith013078 **

Please also note that your new password reflects to the details you entered upon initially signing up for your All Access or Flatt Dog Pound membership.

• Once signed in, you can change your password at any time by clicking “My Account” in the upper right-hand corner.
