The winner’s venue selection may be made from Rascal Flatts’ 2011 concert dates posted on the Events section on their official site: www.rascalflatts.com

Arrangements will be confirmed based on availability and mutual agreement between the winner and the Tour after payment is received.  To assure consideration of your first choice, payment and date selection should be made promptly.  Tickets and Meet & Greet Passes will be held in the winning bidder’s name at the venue’s Will Call window and will be available on the date of the event.  Please remember, you must present a photo ID at pick-up.

Rascal Flatts’ Meet & Greet generally takes place before their performance, but specific details and instructions will be communicated directly to the winner after a venue selection is confirmed.  During the Meet & Greet, Gary, Joe Don and Jay will take a photo with and sign one item for the winner and their guest.  The winner’s two seat tickets will be from the allocation for Rascal Flatts’ guests, but their exact location cannot be disclosed in advance and is not actually determined until the day of the selected show.

This is a charity auction and no part of this package may be resold by the winner!  All travel and lodging expenses are the winning bidder’s responsibility.  The winning bidder must be at least 18 years of age and appropriate behavior standards will be enforced.
