We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the pre-sale for the January 13th Roanoke Civic Center show. Due to the fact that Roanoke Civic Center is not a direct Ticketmaster/Live Nation venue, the pre-sale scheduled for today, October 11 at 10 AM EST did not go on sale according to schedule.

We apologize for the miscommunication but we assure you that at this time, no pre-sale tickets have yet been sold. We have rescheduled this pre-sale to occur directly through the RascalFlatts.com beginning today at 2 PM EST. You will not need an access code to purchase pre-sale tickets, but you must be logged into your RascalFlatts.com ALL ACCESS account to purchase these tickets. Below you will find the complete instructions on how to access these pre-sale tickets directly through the website. Please E-Mail RascalFlatts@support.sparkart.com if you have any questions. To purchase your tickets for the show:

1. Login to your RascalFlatts.com ALL ACCESS account. If you are not a member, join here.
2. Once logged in, click on the EVENTS section and then click on the Pre-sale Tour Dates tab.
3. Locate and click on the “Buy Pre-sale Tickets” link for the Roanoke Civic Center’s event page or click here!
4. At 2 PM ET, you will be able to purchase pre-sale tickets. In the drop down menu, select the type of ticket you would like to purchase, and then enter the quantity.
