If you are planning to attend one of Rascal Flatts’ tour dates on the Flatts Fest 2011 tour, you can sign up for a chance to win a Meet & Greet at the show of your choice. Each Meet & Greet contest begins exactly 30 DAYS before the show date, and ends 26 DAYS before the show date. More details as to the exact start date and time can be found on the event page of the show of your choice.

You MUST have an active fan club membership and have tickets to the show in order to enter a Meet and Greet contest. Winners may be asked to provide specific ticket information. With limited space, only a select number of Rascal Flatts ALL ACCESS members will be selected at random for each show to meet Gary, Jay, and Joe Don.

All winners will be notified via email and will be asked to CONFIRM their ability to attend the meet & greet by clicking a link in the body of the email. After confirming, the winners will then receive an email that includes additional details on the event location and start time.

To be entered into the random draw for the Meet & Greets for the shows listed above:

1. Login to your RascalFlatts.com ALL ACCESS account. If you are not a member, join here.
2. Once logged in, click on the EVENTS section or reference table above for when the meet&greet contest starts for YOUR show.
3. At the start time and date listed, visit your event page and select “I’m going” and then ALSO select “Enter the Meet & Greet contest.”
4. Then you will be taken to the rules page – please read over and agree to the rules before proceeding.
5. Then click ENTER CONTEST.
6. There will be a confirmation at the top of the page that will confirm you entered the contest.
7. You will receive a notification via email if you have been selected as a winner. You will need to CONFIRM your ability to attend by clicking the link in the body of the email. After confirming, you will then receive a follow up email within the next few days that includes more details on how to retrieve your Meet & Greet pass.
