Instructions to pick up your pass: On the night of the show please report to the Will Call window when the doors open to pick up an envelope with your name on it, containing your VIP BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE pass. When you pick up your pass, you will receive instructions telling you when and where to go for the VIP BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE . Normally, the VIP BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE takes place during the opening act. Please contact the venue to find out the Will Call hours of operation and location.

IMPORTANT: Please pick up your pass as early as possible in case any times or locations change at the last minute! Please also allow for traffic, lines, parking, etc.

If there is no formal box office or Will Call area, please ask an employee where the “Artist Comps” are held or check at the RF merchandise stand.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:

• Each ALL ACCESS member is allowed to win one VIP BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE per membership year. If you have won a VIP BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE in your past Membership year, the date of the show for which you won is saved in our system and you may be allowed to enter again ONE YEAR from that date. This ensures the most fair system possible and allows for all ALL ACCESS Members to have an equal opportunity at winning a VIP BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE.
• This pass will be for you only. VIP BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE are non-transferable.
• If you are unable to attend the VIP BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE for any reason, please email rascalflattsvip@support.sparkart.com AT LEAST 3 days prior to the show. If you fail to do so, you have forfeited your VIP BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE pass for the year.
• Fan Club VIP BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE passes may not be sold or transferred. Any Fan Club member caught trying to sell their pass will be permanently banned from the Fan Club.
