Why isn’t my credit card being accepted?
October 21, 2010The first thing that you should check is that the Billing Address you entered into the registration form matches the Mailing Address on your credit card statement. If it doesn’t match exactly, then your subscription cannot be processed.
If you are sure that the address you are using is correct and funds are available, and you are still receiving an error message, please email us at rascalflatts@support.sparkart.com.
